Hi, I’m Shawn, your personal chronic pain movement specialist, here to help you become pain free through movement and laughter! My goal is to help you understand pain differently through the mind and body connection.

The Mind Body Mobility Program is uniquely tailored for your individual needs and goals. I provide you with the tools to relieve pain, prevent injury, move better and feel better. We will focus on specific movement patterns, breathing techniques and, most importantly, aligning the mind and body. This can all be done in the comfort of your own home!

I tired some knee exercises by Shawn to help with knee pain. 2 weeks of following his 10 mins routine and I got pain relief. On a normal day I would sleep in pain and wake up with knee pains. Now I still do this exercises while I’m in the office. Maybe 5 mins a day. The pain is almost all gone and I sleep like a baby.
